SUMMIT made simple!

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need to Know Before Joining the Collective.

What is the Summit Collective?
The Summit Collective is an exclusive, member-driven alpine club that provides families with 10 years of guaranteed access to premium mountain living. Located in Los Molles, Mendoza, we offer the benefits of a private mountain retreat without the burdens of traditional real estate ownership.

Is this a resort or a real estate development?
Neither. It is a Fractional Membership platform. You are not buying a hotel room or a deeded condo; you are securing a 10-year "Right to Use" backed by a legal trust. This model allows for professional management, luxury hospitality, and zero maintenance stress for the member.

Where exactly is it located?
The Lodge is located in Los Molles, Mendoza, strategically positioned just minutes from the Las Leñas ski resort. It offers a true "Base Camp" experience with ski-in/ski-out proximity and year-round access to the Andean peaks. 35°10'40.9"S 69°57'36.4"W

How many memberships are available?
To ensure an intimate, private community and guaranteed availability, we have capped the Collective at exactly 52 memberships. This ensures that even during peak winter weeks, the Lodge remains a serene sanctuary for its owners.

What does the property consist of?
The Collective features independent, fully equipped lodges designed to sleep 4 people comfortably. The heart of the property is the Communal Mountain Barn, a sophisticated space featuring a fireplace, wellness deck, and gathering areas designed for "recovery and indulgence."

How do Mountain Credits work?
Your membership is powered by a "Tokenized Time" system. You purchase 16,170 credits upfront (at a 1:1 ratio to your $16,170 investment). Every year, 1,617 credits are deposited into your account.
-
Peak Winter: 140 credits/night.
-
Mid-Season: 65 credits/night.
-
Adventure Season: 26 credits/night. This allows for at least one full week per season, or up to 62 nights if used in the summer.
-

What is the "Winter Cap"?
To ensure fairness, each membership has a 980-credit cap during the Peak Winter season. This equals exactly 7 nights, guaranteeing that every one of our 52 members has access to a full week of skiing every year at high peak season.

What happens if I can’t use my credits one year?
Because the Summit Collective is based on a precision-managed capacity of 52 memberships, annual credits do not roll over and must be utilized within the given year. However, we provide three flexible paths to ensure your 1,617 annual credits always deliver value:
-
Trade: You have the right to sell or gift your credits to friends, family, or other members within the Collective. This allows you to share the mountain experience even when you cannot attend personally.
-
Recover: You may authorize the Summit Team to commercialize your unused nights to guest members. We handle the 24/7 management, marketing, and hospitality on a commission basis, helping you recover a significant portion of your annual costs.
-
Donate: You can designate your credits for use by specific charitable partners or community guests supported by the Collective, transforming unused time into a social contribution.
Important Note: To ensure liquidity and maximize your recovery, we recommend notifying the Concierge as early as possible if you intend to commercialize your credits, especially for Peak and Mid-season weeks.

What is the "15-Day Rule"?
This is our Flexible Stay Advantage. If a lodge is vacant 15 days before a date, any member can book it—even if they have used their annual credits—by redeeming future points or purchasing them at a member-exclusive rate. This makes the Lodge your "last-minute" mountain home.

Is my investment safe?
Yes. Your membership is backed by a Legal Trust (Fideicomiso). The physical property acts as the guarantee for your 10-year usage rights, providing high-level legal security for your capital.

What are the ongoing costs?
Beyond the initial entry of USD 16,170, members pay a monthly "Gym Model" fee. This covers 100% of property taxes, insurance, professional cleaning, staff, and the maintenance of the Adventure Fleet (MTB, Kayaks, SUPs, etc.).

Who manages the experience?
Summit Hospitality manages the property. Our 24/7 concierge handles everything from ski pass procurement and gear storage to arranging private guides for fly fishing or high-altitude trekking.

How do I join?
Membership is currently by invitation or application. Because we are limited to 52 spots, we look for members who value the "performance and endurance" culture of the mountains. Contact our team to begin the vetting process.
