Seamless Transportation – Door to Door

Every Ocean Cellar adventure begins with the same level of care and exclusivity that defines your time at sea in BAJA. To ensure comfort, punctuality, and privacy, we provide dedicated round-trip transportation for all our guests.

​

  • Pick-Up Times: Guests are collected from their hotel or winery 30–45 minutes before their chosen sailing adventure (Morning 8:15 am, Afternoon 11:15 am, or Golden Hour 2:15 pm).

  • Private Marina Access: The Ocean Cellar Marina is an exclusive venue. For security, only guests arriving with our transportation may access the facilities. No walk-ins are permitted. 

  • Cost: INDIEGOGO experiences are all-inclusive, with local transportation costs. All other guests have a $40 USD per round trip. This is a direct, door-to-door service with no stops in between.

  • Shared Transfers: Transportation may be shared with other guests booked on the same sailing Escape in a shared adventure.

  • Important Note: Please note that missed transfers or sailing adventures are non-refundable. Each sailing departs on time to ensure the best experience for all guests.

Our service covers the main premium hotels, accommodations wineries across the Valle de Guadalupe and surrounding areas.

  • Hotels and wineries within the core zone: included at standard rate ($40), except Indiegogo all-inclusive experiences.

Important Information

  • Reservations for transportation must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled sailing to guarantee availability.

  • Due to private marina access rules, self-arrival is not permitted by rental cars, taxis, or third-party shuttles.

  • Ocean Cellar ensures door-to-door service with no intermediate stops, designed for your comfort and security.

At Faro, we believe clear communication and transparency are the foundation of a great experience. Our terms and conditions are designed to be a transparent guide, ensuring you feel confident and informed from the moment you book. By clearly outlining our policies on validity, cancellations, and liability, we protect both you and our business, allowing us to focus on what matters most: giving you an unforgettable day on the water.

1. Validity and Redemption

​

  • Vouchers, whether purchased,  complimentary, or Indiegogo perks, are valid only for the specific date and time confirmed by the Ocean Cellar booking code.

  • Complimentary Vouchers cover the sailing experience itself but not the operational costs.  Each experience has its own operational costs and needs to be consulted with Ocean Cellar, as the experiences are evolving for a better experience for all guests: info@faroyachts.com​

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

​

  • Cancellations are not refundable. To make changes, must provide notice at least 72 hours in advance and reschedule to use it within 6 months of the voucher's original use date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the total loss of the voucher's value.

  • If adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent safe sailing, Ocean Cellar reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. If guests are unable to make the new date, a refund will be issued for the corresponding missed day.

5. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

​

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals to the pickup point. Voucher or operational costs will be forfeited in full, no exceptions.

2. Transferability and Expiration

​

  • All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.

  • The voucher is transferable.

  • Expires automatically on the day and at the time it's scheduled for the service if no rescheduling has taken place. 

4. Marina Access and Transportation

​

  • Marina access is private. Entry is only permitted for guests arriving on transportation provided by Ocean Cellar. No walk-ins allowed.

  • Round-trip transportation costs $40 per guest and is not included in the voucher price except you are an Indiegogo guest on an all-inclusive experience.

6. Liability

​

  • The voucher holder is responsible for any damage to the yacht or equipment caused by negligence or inappropriate conduct of guests.

  • By participating, voucher holder & guests assume the inherent risks of water activities. You and your guests release Faro Yachts, Ocean Cellar, their directors, executives, affiliated companies, and other guests from any liability for personal injury, death, loss, or damage.
